Industrial Automation Electrical Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Automation Electrical Engineer to join our team in San Martino di Lupari (PD), Italy

Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: Full time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and skills

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing industrial automation electrical systems for the development of automatic machines
  • Drawing electrical diagrams, programming PLCs and performing commissioning and start-up activities
  • Collaborating with other automation professionals, such as mechanical engineers, software programmers and laboratory technicians

Responsibilities

In your role as an Industrial Automation Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Interpreting technical specifications and automation requirements to develop customized automation solutions
  • Selecting the most appropriate components and systems to meet performance, safety and budget requirements
  • Using CAD software to design electrical diagrams
  • Implementing automation solutions using PLCs, HMIs and other control systems
  • Commissioning and starting up automation systems in accordance with customer specifications

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in designing industrial automation electrical systems
  • Good knowledge of PLCs, HMIs and CAD software for electrical design
  • Fluency in English
